The Universidad de Sevilla is a public university located in Seville, at the south of Spain. The 8 campus of the university are distributed all around the city, where the different branches of knowledge taught are grouped, while the central building is just 200 meters away from the Cathedral.
It is the third Spanish university with more students in it and also one of the oldest with more than 500 years of history. It also counts with the third biggest university library in Spain
Aerospace engineering is taught at the ETSI (Superior and Technical Engineering School) where other 7 engineering degrees and more than 10 master programmes are also taught. It is located in the former Americas Pavilion at the Isla de la Cartuja, where Expo’92 took place. The building has been there since 1997, when it was moved from Reina Mercedes (the biggest campus) in order to have more space for the laboratories.
The University is part of the PEGASUS network, formed by the most prestigious Aeroespace Engineering Schools.
